Windsor had its founding in 1978 by Dan Narsh, CEO. Dan began his career as a recruiter with a national franchise search firm, subsequently establishing Windsor Consultants. During our 25-year history, the firm has amassed an impressive track record in consulting with some of the best and the brightest professionals to attain their career goals.

In the process, we have enabled Fortune 500 corporations, Major Sales and Service Organizations, top-tier and quality regional law firms as well as prominent hospital groups and clinics to acquire top talent.
