Windsor’s Sales Division identifies and screens recent graduates as well as seasoned professionals with a focus on assisting commercial and industrial sales groups in Texas and neighboring markets.

In addition to the standard contingency and retained search options, Windsor offers more intense search options including exclusive search and container searches which enable us to offer first right of refusal to the client, as well as regular reporting intervals and the ability to cast a broader net. When presenting an opportunity to potential candidates, these options generally get response from the harder-to-recruit professionals.
