STENZ
John Stenz is a member of Windsor Consultants’
legal recruitment division. He specializes in
placing intellectual property and patent professionals.
He is also part of the firm’s management
team functioning as a consultant and assistant
to Windsor’s founder and owner. He has been
with the firm since 1982 specializing in placing
exclusively attorneys since 1993.
Mr. Stenz has been
the recipient of numerous achievement awards at
the city and state levels including being recognized
as one of the state of Texas’ top fifteen
ranked recruiters, on multiple occasions. He has
been Windsor’s top recruiter twelve times
since joining the firm.
Mr. Stenz earned a
Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration
from Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania in
1982. He is married with four children and enjoys
golf, racquetball and sports memorabilia collecting.

BRUCE LITVIN,
CPC*
 Bruce
Litvin, CPC*, has 18 years of legal search and
22 years in recruiting overall. He places attorneys
world-wide with emphasis in General Practice in
Texas and top 10 US metro areas. Though formerly
an FM radio DJ and competitive bridge player and
bowler, Bruce now devotes his energies and talents
full-time to his profession. His focus is to understand
the candidates’ potential and help them
hook up with ideal jobs for the long haul. His
record is exceptional. A native New Yorker, Bruce
is a graduate of Goddard College in Vermont, and
is a 30-year resident of Houston, Texas.

MICHAEL SCHARRINGHAUSEN,
CPC
 Michael
C. Scharringhausen began his career in Executive
Search and Recruitment in 1984, after his tenure
as VP of a leading international manufacturing
company . Since then, he has been an executive
search firm owner and is now an integral part
of Windsor Consultants, Inc., specializing in
recruitment of Intellectual Property/Patent Attorneys
for Firms & Corporations.
Michael is a past member
of the Board of Directors for the Houston
Area Association of Personnel Consultants (HAAPC),
the largest trade
organization of its type in the world. His most
recent position was
Chairman of Legislative and Legal Affairs Committee.
He is a Certified
Personnel Consultant (CPC) as certified by the
National Association of
Personnel Services (NAPS).
A Vietnam veteran,
Michael is a graduate of the University of
Florida. Married and the father of two children,
in his spare time Michael
enjoys deep-sea fishing and competitive cooking
as a member of a national award-winning barbeque
cook-off team.

WENDELL ROBISON
 Wendell
Robison specializes in the placement of general
practice attorneys. He is a native Texan and is
very proud to be both a Texan & an American.
He is a US Army Veteran and got his Bachelors
degree in Marketing from Lamar University. He
is married and has three daughters and two son
inlaws. His interests include playing golf, poker,
racquetball, hunting, fishing, barbecuing and
anything outdoorsy. He loves the recruiting business
and enjoys giving clients excellent candidates
with top credentials and first-rate experience.

BOB MCCRACKEN
 Bob
McCracken places attorneys in the field of patent
and intellectual property law. He has been awarded
many accolades from city and state associations,
including being recognized as one of Texas' top
recruiters for the last five consecutive years.
Bob has a Bachelors Degree from the University
of Nebraska. He is married with four children.
He and his wife are also animal lovers.
Bob is a Sergeant First Class in the US Army
Reserve. He recently served his country on active
duty during Operation Enduring Freedom.

KEVIN BURKE
Kevin Burke places IP, patent and other legal
professionals. He is a dedicated consultant, who
takes to heart the saying "Treat others as
you would want to be treated." This goes
for both candidates and clients alike. Kevin works

DAN NARSH, CEO and founder.
 Dan
Narsh, CEO, and founder of Windsor in June 1978.
25 years later he still maintains a daily active
role in the firm as the Senior Staff Trainer as
well as placement support strategist when necessary.
He is very proud of the fact Windsor's success
is based largely upon a very tenured staff (average
over 10 years each recruiter) with the ability
to listen and produce results catering to the
individual needs of a client or candidate.
Dan, a first time grandfather is an avid tournament
bass fisherman, golfer, British car and Harley
Davidson enthusiast. He is a Graduate of Southeast
Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, Missouri

LYNDA HARRIS
 Lynda
Harris is the Administrative Assistant, and has
been with WCI since 1999. She is the pleasant
voice you hear when you call WCI. Prior to finding
a home at Windsor, Lynda’s career included
a 15-year tenure as a draftsperson for Exxon Company,
USA. Lynda really enjoys her job and working with
a great group of professionals. She enables the
crew to keep smiling and dialing.
She is the mother
of two children and the proud grandmother of 6,
ages 6 to 20 years and 1 puppy named Biscuit.
