Dan Narsh, CEO, and founder of Windsor in June 1978. 25 years later he still maintains a daily active role in the firm as the Senior Staff Trainer as well as placement support strategist when necessary. He is very proud of the fact Windsor's success is based largely upon a very tenured staff (average over 10 years each recruiter) with the ability to listen and produce results catering to the individual needs of a client or candidate.

Dan, a first time grandfather is an avid tournament bass fisherman, golfer, British car and Harley Davidson enthusiast. He is a Graduate of Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, Missouri where he completed additional graduate studies in business administration.
