Bruce is a legal search consultant at Windsor Consultants that specializes in placing groups and lateral partners nationally with an emphasis on General Practice in Texas, New York, and other U.S. Metro Areas. During his time he has conducted countless firm mergers and lateral partner placements with firms across the country. 
 
Bruce began his recruiting career in 1979 and became a legal search consultant in 1986. Though formerly a FM radio DJ, competitive bridge player and bowler, Bruce now devotes his energies and talents full time to his profession. His focus is to understand the candidate's potential and help them connect with ideal career opportunities for the long haul. During his time at Windsor, he has developed an exceptional track record of success and has been instrumental in the long-term success of the firm. 
 
A native New Yorker, Bruce is a graduate of Goddard College in Vermont and is a nearly fifty year resident of Houston, TX.
