Aaron is a Legal Recruitment Consultant at Windsor Consultants that covers California, Washington D.C. and New England. At Windsor, Aaron focuses on placing Intellectual Property & Patent professionals including partners, associates, patent agents and groups of attorneys.
 
As a consultant, Aaron combines his passion for helping people with his legal expertise to make placements that are a win for both his clients and candidates. He believes in business you should always act with integrity and professionalism and by doing so you are able to build long-term relationships based on open and honest communication. Aaron's competitive nature and love for his work have led him to become one of Windsor's top consultants. 
 
Prior to joining Windsor Consultants, Aaron worked in the financial services industry as a financial adviser with a top firm. Aaron is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a double major in Finance & Economics. In his free time, Aaron enjoys reading, traveling, playing golf and keeping up with his favorite sports teams.
