Kara is a Legal Recruitment Consultant and manages the New York, Boston and South East region of the U.S. She specializes in patent and intellectual property attorney and agent placements, including lateral associate, partners, and group mergers.
 
Kara joined Windsor in 2016 after graduating magna cum laude from the University of Houston. She quickly hit the ground running and in less than two years, earned Windsor's President's Club award for outstanding achievement in the recruiting industry. Persistent and fearless, she believes in open and honest dialogue with her candidates and clients, which has helped her develop strong relationships in the IP legal market. Kara's passion for recruiting and uncompromising work ethic has helped her develop into one of Windsor's top consultants. 
 
When Kara is not working at Windsor, she teaches Pure Barre, spends time with family and friends, and enjoys rainy days at home.
