Michael is a Legal Recruitment Consultant at Windsor Consultants, Inc. that works the D.C. Metro and Northern Virginia area. As a consultant, Michael specializes in recruiting Patent and Intellectual Property partners, associates, and agents.

Michael began his career in Executive Search and Recruitment in 1984, after his tenure as VP of a leading international manufacturing company. Since then, he has been an executive search firm owner and is now an integral part of Windsor Consultants, Inc.

Michael is a past member of the Board of Directors for the Houston Area Association of Personnel Consultants (HAAPC), the largest trade organization of its kind in the world. He is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) as certified by the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS). 

A veteran of the United States Navy, Michael is a graduate of the University of Florida. Michael is a father of two children and has three grandchildren. In his spare time, Michael enjoys traveling, reading, college sports,  deep-sea fishing and competitive cooking as a member of a national award-winning barbecue cook-off team.
