Andrew is a Legal Recruitment Consultant at Windsor Consultants that covers the greater Midwest and Texas. As a consultant, Andrew specializes in placing Patent and IP groups, partners, associates, and agents.
 
At Windsor, Andrew uses his solid business acumen to help both his candidates and clients accomplish their individual goals. During his time at Windsor, he has been successful at making numerous placements and was instrumental in the largest deal in Windsor history. Andrew's passion for his work and helping others has made him one of the top consultants at Windsor. 
 
He is a graduate of The University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business and Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship, the nation's #1 ranked entrepreneurship program. While at the University of Houston, Andrew double majored in Entrepreneurship and Management. Prior to joining Windsor, Andrew worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years, including opening and managing multiple locations for a local restaurant franchise. 
 
Andrew is married, enjoys volunteering to help those in need, is an avid recreational cook (& eater!), active in multiple sports, and always has an eye out for new investment and business opportunities.
